Robert is a qualified, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working within Leith, Edinburgh area. He works with a wide range of issues and specialises in working with Domestic abuse issues.
Robert’s approach to counselling is based on the belief that healthy emotional well-being is created within safe, nurturing and caring relationships. These traumas can often present in the form of destructive and unhelpful coping strategies such as addictions, eating disorders, habitual behaviours and intrusive thought processes.

As an Integrative therapist, Robert takes a holistic approach which means he addresses the whole person; the bigger picture. He aims to not only help you explore your past but also explore your present, in a safe space in which personal issues can be explored, understood and accepted.
